Facials

Age Requirement: Our SPA bookings for Facials and Body treatments are available for individuals aged 16 and older.
Arrival Recommendation: To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving at the SPA center 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out our Health Questionnaire Form.
Online Booking: All SPA treatments and packages are available for purchase online for your convenience.
Gift Cards: To redeem gift cards, please contact us via phone or email to make a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations are 100% refundable to the original method of payment if canceled at least 24 hours before your reservation time, with a deduction of 5% for bank commission fees (minimum 0.50 EUR) plus VAT from the total.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 3 hours prior to the reservation will be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 3 hours prior to the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.

Denied Entry: If you are denied entry following health screening questions, we will provide a credit in the form of a gift certificate for the value of your reservation.
